The person under 30 years old before November 22, 2024, who has demonstrated outstanding work in the collector car world over the last year. This can be across all fields, whether paid or volunteering, hands on or more administration-based.

Lifetime Achievement
The person who has spent their working life involved in the automotive world, and who is judged to have made significant differences to that world along the way.

Personal Achievement of the Year
The person who has made a significant difference to the collector car world through their personal endeavours, whether through work or volunteering, during the last year.

Chosen by public vote, from a shortlist compiled by the Octane and Magneto magazine teams, this is for the car – classic or new – that has made the greatest impact on the collector car world this year. It might be a barn find discovery, a newly-completed restoration, a race or rally winner, a concours competitor or simply a car that attracted significant positive attention.

The award for the most significant one-off or low-volume new car that has been launched this year, whether fully coachbuilt, created from scratch or adapted into a tasteful restomod.

The collector car specialist that has made the most significant contribution to the collector car world, or that has achieved something new or special for its own benefit. This goes across all genres, from car sales to restoration and parts supply.

For the best classic car restoration completed since October 2023, demonstrating skills, understanding of history, provenance and overall achievement. This is open to all eras and types of collector car.

The collector car event that had its inaugural running after October 2023, and that has demonstrated a successful launch, innovation and/or achievements. This award is open to all new events around the world, regardless of size.

The best collector car rally or tour that has taken place since October 2023, regardless of size or location, but demonstrating innovation, participant satisfaction or significant achievement. This category excludes competitive stage rallies, which should be entered into Motor Sport Event of the Year.

The world’s best motoring event, whether a festival, concours, one-marque gathering, anniversary celebration or other collector car show. Entrants to this category should demonstrate specific innovation, success or achievements since October 2023.
