The event is due to take place on Thursday 18th November at the Rosewood Hotel in London. We will be closely monitoring the situation with the ongoing pandemic, and the event will adhere to all government guidelines that are in place at that time.
We reserve the right to cancel the physical event if at any time it is deemed unsafe to hold it in person. Should this happen any ticket holders will be given a full refund.
The prices for the event are still being finalised. As soon as booking opens we will post the details on this website and in this FAQ.
As part of our commitment to provide a safer event. We require all guests to sign and complete a COVID declaration form ahead of your arrival at the event. This will be sent out to all attendees via email approximately one week prior to the awards.
By purchasing a ticket to this event you agree to completing the declaration truthfully and, for the purposes of GDPR, consent to Autovia retaining this data for 21 days after the event for the safety of everyone in attendance at the event.
If this form is not completed prior to your arrival, we reserve the right to ask for proof of any of the above via the NHS COVID Pass at registration. Please note that we will not be able to allow anyone to enter the event without completing this form.
If you are asked to provide evidence, this will be in the form of a visual check of your NHS COVID Pass. You can create and present your NHS COVID Pass via the NHS App (including a downloadable pdf), on the NHS.UK website or as a paper letter, which can be requested through the NHS.UK website or by ringing 119. We will accept all of these forms of certification at the event. Limited evidenced exemptions will be permitted. For further information on the COVID pass, please click here.

If you test positive for COVID and will be required to self isolate on 18th November 2021, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will be happy to offer you a full refund on your ticket.

Entry into the Historic Motoring Awards 2021 is completely free and you can enter as many categories as you want.
All entries must be submitted by 31st August 2021.
